Journeyman/Lead Carpenter

Requirements for this position:

  • Have a clean driving record and reliable transportation

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling

  • Read and interpret blueprints and designs

  • Ability to build and install wood structures

  • Ability to install finish work such as windows, doors, cabinets, window wraps, baseboards, and crown molding

  • Inspect other carpenters and trades work on sites and conduct reports, repairs, or maintenance on these items

  • High School Diploma required or equivalent

  • Must be detail-oriented, responsible, and punctual

  • Must have own tool sets

  • Provide references
     

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Lynnwood, WA and surrounding area

Pay: $32.50 - $42.50 per hour (DOE)
