As far back as he can remember, Paul grew up renovating his turn of the century home with his D.I.Y. father. From electrical to drywall, from plumbing to finished surfaces, Paul learned all of the key construction skills and techniques at a very young age. During college he apprenticed under a General Contractor in Michigan. Upon moving here to the Seattle area, Paul started work at a large Seattle based renovation company where he met Aaron. With over 10 years of employment in that company, Paul started as service technician and worked his way up to become Service Manager before leaving to join the MacCoy Home Solutions family. Paul's favorite thing about working for M.H.S. is the satisfaction he receives by helping clients realize there dreams.
As a father of two, Paul enjoys volunteering his time to his children's' school, often as a chaperone for field trips and as a volunteer for other school activities. He cherishes family camping adventures and hiking trips. To Paul there is nothing better than the Great Outdoors.

As a child Marcus learned how to swing a hammer and move dirt with efficiency here in the Northwest. He grew up with a father who owned his own landscaping company and a step-father who owned his own construction company. Needless to say, Marcus is no stranger to the construction and landscaping fields. He has enjoyed working for MacCoy Home Solutions since 2014. Nothing is more satisfying for Marcus than to see the drastic changes throughout a project. He loves to see a space revitalized and upgraded. He especially enjoys assisting clients to realize their visions come to life.
In his off time he enjoys hiking and all manners of outdoor activity. When he is not spending time outdoors, he thoroughly enjoys video gaming (especially Call of Duty). Marcus also loves to travel domestically and internationally; he frequently gets the urge to flash his passport.
Growing up in Mount Vernon, Joe's father owned his own landscaping company where Joe learned all the tricks of the trade. He has landscaping and hardscaping in his blood and knows the northwest soil like the back of his hand. Joe is a heavy machine operator that specializes in stone wall, patios, ponds and sprinkler installations. What Joe enjoys most about working with M.H.S. is the variety of different projects in which he is able to work on. He loves the ever changing industry and that it never gets dull.
Joe is an easy going individual who loves to craft custom furniture & fine wood workings in his spare time. He also loves the thrill of riding his motorcycle on the Cascade Loop or anywhere he can shred in the Northwest.
Ryan was born and raised in the great city of Shoreline, WA. and has been working with MacCoy Home Solutions since 2015. He is an apprentice carpenter but definitely likes to move dirt when mountains need to be moved. He currently holds six Associates in Applied Arts and Sciences degrees in business from Shoreline Community College and wants to use this knowledge to one day own a winery.
When he is not working, Ryan loves to spend time with his wife Courtney, who says he spends entirely too much time playing Skyrim and other video games. He is an aspiring musician who sings while playing piano or guitar and can accompany himself with bass, ukulele and the trumpet. Ryan's dream is to write a movie, write the soundtrack for it, and then relax with a nice glass of Malbec.
