MacCoy Home Solutions is proud to be partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Snohomish County to serve those in need within our community! Together we are making a difference through Habitat for Humanity's new Home Repair Service designed to assist low-income homeowners with remaining safe and comfortable in their homes by providing needed repairs. The repairs offered range from preserving exteriors to installing accessibility improvements within the home.
What We Do:
Currently, the Home Repair Service is open to the following repairs:

Exterior painting (whole house, trim, shutters)

Exterior power washing, scraping, caulking

Window repair (screen, storm windows)

Porch + porch railing repair - handrail

Gutter repair
-
Soffit/fascia repair
-
Siding repair/replacement

Weather stripping/minor weatherization
-
Exterior accessibility improvements such as ramps

Fencing repair
-
Brush and debris removal
-
Ramps/accessibility additions for mobile homes
How to Qualify:

You must own and live in your home
-
Your home must be located in Snohomish County
-
You must make 60% or less of the area median income (table below)

The repairs you are requesting must be on the list above

How to Apply:
To apply, use Habitat for Humanity's screening tool below to see if you qualify. If you do, a link will appear that will take you to their application portal. All applications are processed by Habitat for Humanity of Snohomish County, and Habitat Snohomish has sole discretion over which projects become approved for the program.
