How It Works:

You tell us about your project and share any key idea elements that you would like to incorporate into your 3D Design.

We will come to your site and further discuss layout/design options, and then follow up by taking measurements and pictures of the project location.

We begin creating a complete 3D Model of your project (typical turn-around is 7-10 business days depending on project scope).

We then present you with a variety of 3D images of your project from multiple camera angles.We offer one free* revision so that you can fine tune choices (colors, layout or any other minor structural changes that may have been unforeseen etc). *Additional Revisions & Major Structural changes may incur additional charges.

Along with the 3D Design, we will also present you with a competitive bid estimate (when applicable).

Upon selecting MacCoy Home Solutions as your General Contractor and signing a work order contract, M.H.S. will apply the initial 3D Design Fees as a **CREDIT** to your work order.
